摘要
通过对平邑3.1级地震现场灾情调查,分析了塌陷成因机制,并结合地层情况和构造背景,探讨了其与地震构造的关系,进而提出防治措施,即采空区上方附近居民村庄整体搬迁、采空区回填、采空区人为放空、禁止既成规模的采空区矿区继续生产。
Through investigation on the disaster of the Pingyi M3. 1 earthquake (collapse) , we analyzed the causes of the collapse mechanism, discussed the seismic tectonic significance combining with the tectonic background, and then put forward the prevention measures, including relocating the vicinity and village a-bove the mined out area, backfilling the mined out area, prohibiting ready-made size of the the mined out area to continue production.
