预制孔对碳纤维复合材料钻削分层的影响

摘要 碳纤维材料钻削加工时会产生很多难以克服的缺陷,其中分层缺陷与钻削时产生的轴向力密切相关。本文以碳纤维/环氧树脂基复合材料为研究对象,观察不同预制孔直径对轴向力的影响。实验结果表明钻头横刃引起的轴向力占全部轴向力50%左右;采用预制孔工艺可显著减少分层缺陷;2 mm直径的预制孔比1 mm更能有效抑制分层缺陷。 Carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP) is typical difficult to machine material which will be easily brought on disfigurements such as burrs,delamination.Investigators were studied analytically that delamination in drilling can be correlated to the thrust force of the drill.In order to verify the validity,drilling experiment of carbon fiber reinforced plastics was made.The result indicates that pilot hole has great influence on layer,reducing half of the thrust force.Finally,pilot hole of 2 mm can effectively suppress delamination defects more than that of 1 mm.
