摘要
为妥善解决中小城镇生活固废中转站优化选址问题,针对中小城镇垃圾收运现状对中转站选址优化影响因素进行分析,基于改进MCLP模型确定一套中转站系统分级优化方法。该方法首先通过建设、转运成本最小而固废回收量最大多目标规划模型确定最优一级站组合;而后应用综合了负效应的整数规划模型与覆盖模型依次确定二级站与回收站位置与收纳量。通过实例分析,验证了方法的有效性与实用性。
Aiming at analysis of collection situation and site selection affecting factors of MSW transfer station in medium and small towns,two-stage layout optimization method based on improving MCLP model was put forward to solve the layout optimization problem of MSW transfer station properly.This method determines optimal first-stage transfer station sets by multi-objective model confined by least fixed investment and transferring cost,as well as maximum recycling capacity.And on this basis it determines the position and capacity of second-stage transfer station and collection depot sets successively using integer programming model considered least negative effect and minimum distance respectively.Finally,the efficiency and applicability of the method are validated by the case analysis.
