摘要
针对电弧风洞流量调节系统受高温、高压影响大,参数变化范围宽,允许调节时间短,目前缺乏有效自动控制技术的问题,通过物理过程分析,建立和简化系统控制模型;提出分阶段采用开环与闭环组合,迭代与鲁棒PI(比例积分)组合的控制方法。在CAR DC20 MW电弧风洞上开展的验证试验显示系统在0.3~3.5 kg/s的流量范围内,调试时间小于6 s,调节精度高于0.8%,且具有较强的鲁棒性,平稳性、精准性、重复性,优于人工调节。
To solve the lack of effective automatic control method of the flow control system of arc wind tunnel for the effect of high temperature,high pressure,wide range of parameters and short adjustment time,the system control model is established and simplified by analyzing the physical process. A combination control method which consists of open-loops and closed-loops,iterative and robust PI( proportional-integral) is proposed. And an experimental verification was carried out in the 20 MW electric arc wind tunnel which belongs to CARDC,the results show that the adjustment time of the system is less than 6 s in the range of 0. 3 ~ 3. 5 kg/s,and the adjustment accuracy above 0. 8%. It has strong robustness and the stability,accuracy,repeatability is better than the manual adjustment.
