摘要
目的观察窄谱中波紫外线NB-UVB联合银屑净治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法将60例寻常性银屑病患者随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),两组患者均给予NB-UVB照射治疗,观察组则在此基础上配合银屑净外用,4周为1个疗程,两组均连用2个疗程。结果观察组的总有效率为90.0%,对照组为63.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NB-UVB联合银屑净治疗寻常性银屑病疗效确切,安全性好。
Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of narrow-band ultraviolet（ NB-UVB） combined with Yin Xiejing in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Sixty patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group received NB-UVB treatment,while the treatment group was irradiated with NB-UVB and then given Yin Xiejing treatment. The whole course lasted for eight weeks for both two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 90. 0%,which was significantly higher than that（ 63. 3%） in control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The determination method was proved to be simple,rapid and accurate. NB-UVB combined with Yin Xiejing Tincture,is a safe and effective choice for pasoriasis vulgaris.
