摘要
农业经营模式以及经营思想的转变,正在促使传统农业向现代农业发展转变,对农产品流通体系的运作能力和运作效率都提出了更高的要求。本文提出一个基于供应链的农产品流通服务运作模式,从供应链核心企业的培育、资源的动态配置,以及供应链的知识竞争力的形成机制等方面提出解决方案。
The change of agricultural operation mode and management thought is pushing the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,which raises higher requirements for the operational ability and efficiency of agricultural products circulation system. Based on the supply chain,a service operation mode of agricultural products circulation is put forward,and the solutions are proposed from the cultivation of core enterprises in supply chain,dynamic resource allocation,and the knowledge competitiveness formation mechanism of supply chain.
