“一带一路”内陆节点城市物流业发展水平评价

Evaluation on Development Level of Logistics Industry for Inland Node Cities in “the Belt and Road Initiative”

从产业联动的角度,首先从各节点城市的经济发展水平、物流供给能力、物流需求能力和人才环境四个方面构建了的物流业发展水平评价指标体系;然后利用层次分析法和灰色关联分析法,根据内陆节点城市物流业发展的原始数据,对各节点城市的物流业发展水平进行了综合评价,重庆和成都西南城市的物流业发展水平比较高,郑州、长沙等中部城市居中,兰州、西宁等西北城市发展比较滞后.然后对各个指标的评价分析,结果表明重庆、郑州、长沙等城市在人才环境方面需要优化,西安、南昌等城市的物流需求能力亟需提高.并从物流人才环境建设、调整经济结构和加强对外合作等方面提出对策建议.

From the perspective of industry linkage,first,it built up an evaluation index system for development level of logistics industry,covering each node city＇s economic development level,the logistics supply capacity,logistics demand ability and talent environment; then,using AHP and grey relational analysis method,the development level of logistics of each node city is evaluated comprehensively based on some original data of each city. The logistics development level of southwest cities as Chongqing and Chengdu are relatively higher,the central-section cities as Zhengzhou and Changsha in the middle,the northwest cities as Lanzhou and Xining lag behind. The analysis findings show that the talent environment in Chongqing,Zhengzhou and Changsha need to be optimized,the logistics demand ability of Xi＇an,Nanchang and other cities need to be improved. In the end,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions about the logistics environment construction,the adjustment of economic structure and strength of cooperation.
