摘要 针对超高射速武器连发初速测试需求,建立了一种高速相机与初速雷达联合测试的方法。采用两台高速相机、一台初速雷达构建测量系统,将光学测试高时空分辨能力与雷达高精度测速能力相结合,在利用高速相机测量瞬时速度的基础上,通过特定距离相对速度降标定,实现连发初速精确测量。实验结果表明:该方法适用于9 000发/min射速情况下连发初速测试,测量精度优于1‰;该方法适用于武器性能试验中超高射速武器连发初速测试工作。 According to the accuracy measurement requirement of the hyper firing-rate weapon muzzle velocity,this paper sets up a testing method that combines high-speed camera with muzzle velocity radar.This method builds a measurement system by using two high speed cameras and a muzzle velocity radar,combining the advantages of the time and space resolving ability of optical measurement with the highprecision velocity resolving ability of radar. Based on instantaneous velocity measured by high-speed camera and by means of the relative speed decrease calibration of the specific distance,this measurement system realizes the accurate measurement of burst muzzle velocity. The experimental results show that this method is applicable to the burst muzzle velocity measurement of 9 000 round/min weapon and the test measurement accuracy is better than 1‰; the method can be applied to muzzle velocity measurement of the hyper firing-rate weapon burst in weapons performance test.
