摘要
通过分析布雷装备系统作战能力构成特点,建立了系统效能评价指标体系,利用层次分析法确定了各评价指标的权重;基于模糊综合评价法构建了某型布雷装备系统效能评估模型,结合装备实际,实现了对装备系统效能评估,并与现役同类布雷装备系统效能进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,该方法解决了该装备系统效能评估过程中部分信息不完全、模糊不确定等方面的技术难题,评估结果直观明确,符合装备性能实际,达到了预期目的。
The assessment indices system of the effectiveness evaluation is established by analyzing the combat capability composing characteristics of the mining equipment system,and the weights of various evaluation indices are determined by the analytic hierarchy process( AHP); Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation( FCE) method, the structure of system effectiveness for the equipment is presented,achieving the system effectiveness evaluation in combination with the fact of equipment,and the contrastive analyses are made with the similar mining equipment. Overall,using this method,the problem of incomplete information and fuzzy uncertainty in the process of system effectiveness evaluation was solved,and the evaluation results is very visual and explicit and accords to actual condition of the equipment,which reaches the desired objective.
