锁骨下动脉支架植入术后支架内再狭窄的相关因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的以颈部动脉彩色多普勒超声(carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound,CDUS)评估锁骨下动脉(subclavian artery,Sub A)支架植入术后支架内再狭窄(in-stent restenosis,ISR)的发生率,并分析引起支架内再狭窄的可能影响因素。方法回顾性分析35例锁骨下动脉支架植入术患者,收集一般资料、生化指标、支架植入资料、收缩期峰值流速(peak systolic velocity,PSV),分析其与支架内再狭窄的相关性。结果本研究中CDUS评估锁骨下动脉支架植入术后支架内再狭窄率约为31.4%(11/35)。单因素分析显示吸烟、糖尿病、同型半胱氨酸浓度水平、支架长度在再狭窄组和无再狭窄组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论锁骨下动脉支架植入术后支架内再狭窄率约为31.4%。ISR与吸烟、糖尿病、支架长度、同型半胱氨酸水平有关,可以作为ISR的预测指标。 Objective To evaluate the rate of in-stent restenosis( ISR) after subclavian artery stent implantation by Carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound( CDUS) in subclavian artery( SubA),and to analyze the possible influencing factors of in-stent restenosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 35 patients with subclavian artery stent implantation,collect general information,biochemical,stent data,peak systolic velocity( PSV),analysis of its relationship with in-stent restenosis. Results CDUS in the results of this study to evaluate the subclavian artery in-stent restenosis after stent implantation rate of about 31. 4%( 11/35). Single factor analysis showed that there was statistically differed in smoking,diabetes,homocysteine levels and stent length( P〈0. 05) between ISR group and non-ISR group. Conclusion Subclavian artery in-stent restenosis after stent implantation is approximately 31. 4%. Smoking,diabetes,stent length and homocysteine levels are correlated with in-stent restenosis,which can be as the predictors.
