狼毒对试验羊血清抗氧化能力的影响

Effect of Chamaejasme on antioxidant capacity in sheep serum

选择临床健康试验绵羊8只随机分为2组,每天分别按每千克体重2.5g和5.0g的剂量投服狼毒粉,并在试验前和试验后每隔4d测定血清中T-AOC活性和MDA含量。结果表明:低剂量组试验羊血清T-AOC活性在第4d显著下降(P<0.05),12d后又上升(P>0.05);高剂量组试验羊血液中T-AOC活性在第4d开始有下降趋势但差异不显著(P>0.05),两组间差异不显著(P>0.05);低剂量组试验羊血清MDA含量在24d显著升高(P<0.05),高剂量组试验羊血清中MDA含量有升高趋势但差异不显著(P>0.05),两组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。

8 healthy sheep were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 2. 5g and 5. 0g dose of Stellera chamaejasme Linn was fed as per kilogram sheep body weight each day. T - A0 C activity and MDA in serum was meas-ured before test and after test in interval 4d. The results showed that low - dose group of 2. 5g test T - A0 C activity in sheep serum significantly decreased in the first 4 days （P 〈0. 05） , and increased after12 days（P 〉 0. 05 ） . T - A0 C activity in the first four days began a downward trend for high dose group,but there was no difference （P 〉0.0 ） . There was no significanty difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05） . MDA levels in serum significantly increased in 24 days for the low dose group （P 〈0.05）. MDA levels tended to increase for the high - dose group, but the difference was not significant （P 〉 0. 05） . There was no significantly difference between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）.
