青海省海西州柴达木福牛培育和饲养试验 被引量:4

摘要 以牦牛、犏牛为母本,西门塔尔牛或安格斯牛为父本,生产的柴达木福牛,进行了繁殖率、生长速度、肉质、营养成分测定。结果显示,柴达木福牛繁活率为60.87%,初生重22.6kg;柴达木福牛各年龄段体重均高于牦牛、黄牛、犏牛,但低于安格斯牛、西门塔尔牛;柴达木福牛肉的营养成分(蛋白质:23.81,Ca:24.6,VB1:0.27,VB2:0.3)均高于牦牛肉、黄牛肉、羊肉。该结果对于我省在其他地区推广柴达木福牛、促进肉牛养殖产业的发展具有重要的指导意义。 The reproductive rate, growth rate, meat quality, nutritional ingredient of Qaidam fu cattle were meas-ured. The results showed that Qaidam fu cattle ^ s reproductive rate was 60. 6 7 % , birh weight was 22 kg. The body weight of Qaidam fu cattle in each age period was higher than that of yaks, cattle, Pianniu, but was lower than that of Simmental and Angus cattle. The nutritional ingredient of Qaidam fu cattle meat( protein ;23.81, Ca :24. 6 , VB1 ; 0. 27 , VB2 ;0. 3 ) was higher than yak meat, cattle meat and sheep meat. This indicated that Qaidam fu cattle breeding tech-nology benefit to improve beef rearing industry development.
