The Composition of fault diagnosis system and the application model of spacecraft fault di- agnaosis technology are introduced. Based on the review of domestic and international literatures, the ap-plication situation of spacecraft fault diagnosis technology is summarized, and the advantages and disad-vantages of various methods are pointed out. The main problems in the application of spacecraft fault diag-nosis technology are analyzed, and the prospect of this technology is given.
