河南自贸区物流产业发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Logistics Industry in He'nan Free Trade Zone

建设自由贸易试验区是一项国家战略,2016年8月国务院批复设立中国(河南)自由贸易实验区(简称河南自贸区),按照国务院要求,河南自贸区发展重点是贯彻落实党中央精神,为建设连接东西、贯通南北的现代物流体系和立体交通体系而努力,为早日建成为"一带一路"而服务的现代综合交通枢纽而奋斗,打造国际物流中心。河南如何充分发挥自身区位、交通优势,利用先行先试、制度创新等自贸区发展的有利条件,实现建设国际物流中心的发展目标已迫在眉睫。文中运用现代物流理论,立足区域物流中心建设的思路,提出河南自贸区物流业发展路径,希望能够为河南自贸区建设提供理论支撑和决策参考。

Building a free trade pilot zone is a national strategy,the State Council approved the establishment of China（ Henan） free trade pilot zone（ referred to as Henan Free Trade Zone） on August 2016,according to the requirements of the State Council,the development focus of Henan Free Trade Zone is implement the central authorities on constructing the modern three-dimensional traffic system through the north and south and modern logistics system quickly,focus on building modern integrated transport hub which services for the＂The Belt and Road＂,in that to building an international logistics center. But how to give full play to their own location,traffic advantage,take use of favorable conditions such as first try,institutional innovation and in Henan Free Trade Zone,to achieve the international logistics center of development goals are imminent. This article uses the modern logistics theory,proposed the logistics industry development path,hoping to provide theoretical support and decision-making reference for Henan Free Trade Zone＇s construction.
