长期以来,传统制造型企业普遍存在以生产为主的倾向,很多企业都存在只关注物流中的"物",而忽视了"流"的重要性。作为支撑现场生产的物流配送来说,必须彻底摒弃传统落后的物流管理方式,实现以工位为单元、小批量成套配送、小时计划/异常实时监控等的物流管理方式的根本转变。

For a long time,the traditional manufacturing enterprises exist a tendency to mainly focus on the production.The traditional logistics management model has become increasingly inappropriate to the modern mode of production. Many enterprises are concerned only in the logistics of the ＂material＂,while ignoring the importance of the ＂flow＂. For the logistics,supporting the production of the site,we must completely abandon the traditional logistics management model,to achieve the fundamental changes which is to achieve the station as a unit,distribution in sets of small numbers,hourly schedule/real-time abnormal monitoring.
