摘要
一些民营高校,由于其特殊的管理制度,如严格禁止快递员进校、严格限制出入校门的时间段等,使得快递服务在此类高校中遭遇了一些瓶颈。文中以广东文理职业学院为例,具体分析了快递服务在该校中遇到的瓶颈并针对性地从网点布局、人员培训、服务流程、校企双边合作方面给出了改善建议。文中的研究对民营高校的校园管理者与快递公司都有一定的借鉴意义。
It should be confirmed that express delivery service has encountered bottleneck in the private universities because of their special regulatory regime,such as no entrance for couriers and rigid limitation of guard system,etc. The paper sets Guangdong Institute of Arts and Science as an example and analyzes its difficulties of express service concretely. Then,some proposals are suggested from dimensions of logistics network layout,personnel training,service process standardization,bilateral cooperation between campus and the logistics company. The research can give managerial implications for university administrators and logistic company managers.
