摘要
针对带有非等效并行机的作业车间调度问题,提出一种考虑设备预防性维护和生产线调度的联合优化模型。以最小化最大完工时间为优化目标,考虑设备修复非新。设计了一种两阶段遗传算法进行求解。为验证所提出的联合优化模型的有效性,将其与不同维护策略下车间最大完工时间的实验数据结果相比较,结果反映该模型效果更好。
Aiming at job-shop problem with non-identical parallel multi-machine scheduling,a joint optimization model is proposed with considering both preventive maintenance and production scheduling. The object of problem is to minimize the maximum completion time. Meanwhile,the equipment cannot be repaired to a new level is considered. A two-stage genetic algorithm is designed to solve this problem. In order to verify the validity of this joint optimization model. Comparing the experimental data with the maximum completion time of the workshop under different maintenance strategies,the results reflect that this model works better.
