随着快递行业的飞速发展,快递在运输过程中的安全问题受到各界重视。为讨论快递企业的运输安全,基于快递企业收运基本运作流程对快递运输的安全现状做出了简要概括,重点叙述了危险品的运输管理和信息安全控制板块,结合对快递收运一线工作人员的访谈研究,针对快递的安全运输管理问题,分别对企业和管理部门从人、机、环、管角度出发提出若干建议,最后,阐述在新时期不断涌现出新问题的情况下,企业和管理部门都需要以积极态度面对和解决问题。

With the rapid development of express industry,the safety problem of express delivery in the transportation process has been paid attention to by all walks of life. In order to discuss the transportation safety of express enterprise,based on the basic operation process of express enterprise,this paper makes a brief summary of the safety situation of express transportation. It focuses on the management of dangerous goods transportation and personal information safety control during express transportation,according to the interviews of the express delivery staff,aiming at the security problem of express transportation management of enterprises and administration section from human,machine,environment and management point of view put forward some suggestions. Finally,the paper expounds that in the new period and new problems are emerging constantly,and enterprises and management departments need to face and solve problems with a positive attitude.
