以双创为中心的物流教学体系改革思路与对策 被引量:10

摘要 在经济新常态,大众创业、万众创新以及物流业快速发展的大背景下,以双创为中心改革物流专业教育体系尤为关键。为促进高等院校双创教育与物流专业教育的相互渗透、融合,应通过校企合作,将创新、创业教育融入素质、能力教育,打造覆盖教学全过程的"双创"课堂,搭建市场、社会需求与专业教育之间的桥梁,实现双创人才培养规格与现实需要之间的动态匹配。其基本对策是:以双创为核心变革传统教育理念;将双创理念引入课程体系改革;构建适应"创新+创业"物流人才培养的实践教学体系;优化创新、创业项目和平台;建立创新、创业教育的培养多样性机制;创新校企合作模式。 In the context of economic new normal,public innovation,public entrepreneurship and the rapid development of the logistics industry,It is particularly important to reform the logistics professional education system with the double as the center. In order to promote the mutual penetration and integration of double education and logistics professional education in colleges and universities,we should integrate the innovation and entrepreneurship education into the quality and ability education through the cooperation between schools and enterprises,build a "double creation"classroom covering the whole process of teaching,Social needs and professional education between the bridge,to achieve dual-talent training and practical needs of the dynamic match between the specifications. The basic countermeasures are: to transform the traditional educational idea with the double creation as the core; to introduce the dual idea into the curriculum system reform; to construct the practical teaching system which adapts to the "innovation + entrepreneurship"logistics talents; to optimize innovation,start-up projects and platforms; to establish innovative,entrepreneurial education training diversity mechanism; innovative school-enterprise cooperation model.
