摘要
2013年教育部率先将物流行业作为现代学徒制试点的行业,物流工程技术专业精准对接汽车物流企业,打破以往先"理"后"实"传统两阶段订单培养模式,构建了基于深度融合的校企培养双交替,岗位、技能双递进的现代学徒制人才培养模式。从人才培养主体确定、培养标准制定、教学组织改革、课程体系重构、教学资源整合等方面进行了探索与创新。
