摘要
2013年教育部率先将物流行业作为现代学徒制试点的行业,物流工程技术专业精准对接汽车物流企业,打破以往先"理"后"实"传统两阶段订单培养模式,构建了基于深度融合的校企培养双交替,岗位、技能双递进的现代学徒制人才培养模式。从人才培养主体确定、培养标准制定、教学组织改革、课程体系重构、教学资源整合等方面进行了探索与创新。
In 2013 the Ministry of education will take the lead in the logistics industry as a modem apprenticeship pilot industries, logistics engineering professional precision docking auto logistics enterprises, breaking the previous first u theory＂ after the 〈l practicew traditional two stage order training mode, construction of the depth of the integration of the enterprise culture based on double cross for job training, skills, double progressive mode of modem apprenticeship business personnel. From the aspects of the determination of personnel training, the establishment of training standards, the reform of teaching organization, the reconstruction of curriculum system and the integration of teaching resources, this paper explores and makes innovations.
