中西式课堂教育模式的适度融合

教育全球化和教育国际化促使各国加强教育改革与交流学习[1],中西式教育模式孰优孰劣从来都是处在风口浪尖的位置,从异文化构建视角来看主要是由个人主义与集体主义、崇尚自由与重视纪律和崇尚理性与崇尚权威的三种差异造成的两种教育模式。提及中西式课堂:前者是填鸭式、题海式和高强度教育模式的规范化课堂代表,应对的是中国风味的千军万马过独木桥的应试教育;后者则是强调个性、随意选择、重视学生发展和鼓励追求自由创新意识的西方人文教育模式的代言人。哪种教育模式更有利于培养现代人才,学术界对两种截然不同的课堂教育模式也存在褒贬不一的看法。文中就是在面对着这两种越来越需要碰撞的教育模式现状下,分析中西式课堂教育可能造成的问题,在不将任何一种教育模式全票否决的基础上,在研究现代教育亟需交融趋势中找到一种高效的中西教育模式融合之道。
