基于职业能力培养的旅游管理专业实践教学研究

Based on the Professional Ability Training of Tourism Management Professional Practice Teaching and Research

旅游管理是实践性较强的应用性学科,实践教学是实现理论与实践有效结合的重要途径,是提高学生业务操作能力、服务技能等职业素养和实践能力的根本保证。目前,我国高等旅游专业教育与旅游业发展需求错位,旅游管理专业人才培养与行业发展现状不相适应,其中一个重要的原因是很多高校忽视实践教学,对学生的职业能力培养缺少精细化管理。以渤海大学旅游管理专业为例,提出了在教学过程、社会实践、专业实习、毕业论文设计等方面践行职业能力的培养。

Tourism management is a practical application of discipline of practice teaching is an important way to realize the effective combination of theory and practice,is the fundamental guarantee to improve students＇ operating ability,service skills,occupation accomplishment and practical ability. At present,the development of China ＇s higher demand of tourism education and tourism industry dislocation,cultivation of tourism management professionals and industry development are incompatible,one important reason is the neglect of practice teaching in many colleges,the students＇ occupation ability lack of fine management. Taking Bohai University tourism management major as an example,this paper puts forward the cultivation of professional ability in the aspects of teaching process,social practice,professional practice and graduation thesis design.
