山岭隧道衬砌裂缝统计及形成因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 对山岭隧道衬砌病害和衬砌裂缝形成原因进行调查,统计了各类隧道的病害和裂缝分布类型,分析了山岭隧道衬砌裂缝形成的主要原因.结果表明,裂缝为山岭隧道衬砌最主要的病害,其次是渗漏水病害,而纵向裂纹沿隧道轴线方向扩展是最常见的形式,倾斜裂缝次之.山岭隧道衬砌裂缝形成主要有力学因素和非力学因素,力学因素包括邻近边坡运动、地震、围压、邻近断层、地下水压力、隧道地基承载力不足;非力学因素包括混凝土碳化、钢筋保护层厚度、碱骨料反应、衬砌背后空洞和衬砌厚度不够. Through the investigation of the lining disease and lining cracks in mountain tunnel, the distribution of diseases and cracks in various tunnels are analyzed, the main cause of formation of lining cracks in mountain tun-nel is analyzed. The analysis shows that the crack is the most important disease of the mountain tunnel lining, and the second is the seepage disease, the longitudinal cracks propagate along the tunnel axis, which is the most common form. There are mainly mechanical and non mechanical factors in lining cracks of mountain tunnel, the mechanical factors include adjacent slope movement, earthquake, confining pressure, adjacent fault, ground wa-ter pressure, and insufficient bearing capacity of the tunnel foundation; Non-mechanical factors include concrete carbonization, reinforcement protection layer thickness, aggregate reaction, holes behind lining and lining thickness.
