刻槽混凝土路面抗滑特性测试与分析

摘要 采用手动铺砂法、CTM、以及锁轮拖车法对不同槽间距的横向、纵向刻槽混凝土路面宏观构造及摩擦系数进行测试,结果表明:随着槽间距的增加,横向刻槽及纵向刻槽路面构造深度与平均断面深度呈线性递减.采用锁轮拖车法对路面摩擦系数测试结果显示:对于纵向刻槽,槽间距较小时,其摩擦系数大,此后随着槽间距的增加,对路面抗滑性影响不大;对于横向刻槽,随着槽间距的增加,路面摩擦系数呈线性递减.锁轮拖车法测试时采用光面轮胎的测试结果较带肋轮胎更为准确,故在对水泥混凝土路面摩擦系数测试时,应优先选用光面轮胎. The road surface friction coefficient of longitudinal groove and transverse groove concrete pavements of different texture spacing were measured by the friction trailer,while the macrostructure were measured by CTMeter and sand patch test. The results show that with the increase of texture spacing, the groove pavement macrostructure depth and mean profile depth decrease linearly. The results of surface friction coefficient test show that the texture spacing is smaller,the maximum is friction coefficient. With the increase of texture spacing, it has lit-tle effect on the pavement skid resistance for longitudinal groove pavement. But for transverse groove pavement, road surface friction coefficient decreases linearly with the increase of texture spacing. The results of lock wheel trailer test using smooth tire are more accurate than the ribbed tire. Smooth tire should be preferred when the friction trailer is used to road surface friction coefficient test.
