目前,高等职业教育供给侧的重要环节——教学与市场脱节,不能满足产业升级带来的对大量高素质和高技能的劳动者和人才的需求。高职院校应以课程改革为切入点,改变人才培养模式,实现教学与产业相融合,更好地服务地方经济建设与发展。

An important part of supply side reform of higher vocation education is the gap between teaching and market. It can’t meet the high - quality talents needs of industry upgrade. We should start from the reform of the courses and change the talents - cultivation model, which is to combine teaching and industry. Through these ways we can better serve local economic construction and development.
