正火温度对37Mn5钢组织和性能的影响

摘要 文章研究了不同正火温度对37Mn5钢的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,与正火前37Mn5钢相比,经760℃~880℃正火,材料的屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率都得到了提高,冲击韧性大幅度提升,这主要是由于正火处理使晶粒细化,条状珠光体变成球状珠光体的结果。37Mn5钢最佳正火工艺为850℃60min的正火。
