高职学生就业创业指导课程项目化教学研究

文章以高职学生就业创业指导课程项目化教学研究为重点,介绍了高职学生就业创业指导课程以及项目化的概念,分析了当前我国的高职院校学生就业创业指导课程教学中存在的问题,并提出了在此引入项目化教学的重要意义,从课程项目结构的设计、教学内容的选择与组织、教学方法的改变以及师资队伍的优化与调整这几个方面来提出项目化教学在高职学生就业创业指导课程中的具体应用,以期高职院校培养出的学生能够满足现代社会发展以及企业的需求。

This paper introduces the concept of project guidance and the concept of project in higher vocational college students, focusing on the project teaching research of vocational college students^ employment and employment guidance course. It also analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of vocational education in vocational colleges and puts forward the significance of introducing the project teaching in this paper and the specific application of project teaching in Higher vocational students^ employment guidance course from the aspects of the design of the course structure, the selection and organization of teaching content, the change of teach-ing methods, the optimization and adjustment of teachers, so as to cultivate students in higher vocational colleges to meet the needs of modem social development and business.
