摘要
随着我国现代化建设的不断发展,高等院校的办学水平也随之提升,如何做好高校内部的工会工作已经成为相关工作人员十分重要的研究课题之一。这就需要高校管理人员从高校中心任务的角度出发,以促进高校快速发展为目标,对新常态下的工会工作需求以及具体的落实方法进行深入的研究与分析,建立并健全高校工会管理机制,提高高校工会工作的科学性与有效性。
With the continuous development of China’s modernization construction and increase of the level of higher education institutions, how to do the internal trade union work has become one of the important research topics for related staff. From the per-spective of the central task, the management personnel in colleges and universities are supposed to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the trade union work demand under the new normal and the implementation of specific methods, the management mecha-nism of the trade unions in Colleges and universities should be established and perfected and the scientific and effective work of trade union should be realize in order to promote the rapid development of colleges and universities.
