军校通信导航专业教学创新团队建设研究与探索

随着部队通信导航装备快速更新与建设发展,新技术、新理论、新训法与装备结合更加紧密,海军航空大学青岛校区对空通信导航工程教研室对通信导航专业教学创新团队建设进行了研究与探索,提出了建设目标,理出了建设思路,分析了建设措施,最后从理论研究、教学建设、教学组织、教学管理、服务部队和教书育人六个方面详细阐述了团队建设内容。

With the rapid updating and construction of military communications and navigation equipment,new technology, new theory, new method combined with equipment more closely. The air communication and navigation engineering staff room of Naval Aviation University Qingdao Campus has studied and explored the teaching innovation team construction of communication and naviga-tion specialty. It put forward the goal of building, worked out the building line,and analysed the construction measures. Finally, from six aspects of theoretical research, teaching construction, teaching organization, teaching management, service forces and teaching and educating people, this paper expounds the content of team construction.
