高职旅游专业导游职业技能课程教学改革研究

On the Course Teaching Reform of Tour Guide Vocational Skills Based on the Concept of Course Certificate Integration

导游员资格证书是最能体现高职旅游管理专业学生专业素养和职业能力的技能证书。扬州职业大学旅游管理专业在"课证融通"理念的基础上围绕导游员资格证书开展了导游职业技能的课程教学改革研究与实践:修订专业教学计划,制定课程标准和实训指导书,开设"导游员资格证书考试培训"课程,在实践中不断调整课程教学内容,分析导游员资格证书考试结果,设计问卷以了解学生对课程改革的信息反馈。进一步完善导游职业技能课程改革的举措:加强职业思想教育,加强学风建设,加强教学环节设计。

The qualification certificate of tour guides is the best one to reflect the professional quality and vocational ability of the students majoring in Tourism Management in higher vocational colleges. Based on the concept of course certificate integration,the research and practice on the course teaching reform of tour guide vocational skills centered on tour guide qualification certificate is carried out in the tourism management major in Yangzhou Polytechnic College,involving revising the professional teaching program,formulating curriculum standards and practical training guide books,setting up the training course Tour Guide Certificate Test,adjusting the teaching content constantly in practice,analyzing the result of tour guide qualification certificate examination,and obtaining students＇ feedback on the curriculum reform by designing the questionnaire. Meanwhile,some measures are presented to further perfect the curriculum reform of tour guide vocational skills,such as strengthening vocational ideological education,enhancing the construction of academic atmosphere,and improving the teaching design.
