摘要 端午节是中国3大传统民俗节日之一,发端于战国,形成于汉代,定型于宋代。端午节历经千年的历史长河,历朝历代的演变而形成了独特的饮食民俗。古时,端午节有饮雄黄酒、艾酒、吃鸡蛋、吃粽子等民俗;近代,随着工业化的发展与社会的进步,端午节开始凸显出两大主要象征符号:粽子和龙舟。荆楚地区是端午节屈原传说型的发源地,也是现在端午节的主要原型地区,荆楚地区的端午饮食民俗的变迁及其文化内涵对于解读端午文化具有重要的意义。 Dragon Boat Festival, one of the three traditional Chinese folk festivals, started in the State Warring Period, developed in Han Dynasty and formally formed in Song Dynasty. Through the development in the past ages, it has formed unique food culture. In ancient times, customs on this festival included drinking realgar wine and absinthe and eating eggs and zongzi. With the development of industry and society in recent years, zongzi and dragon boat have become two prominent symbols of the festival. As Hubei is both the original place of the Dragon Boat Festival and the legend of Qu Yuan, and the major place of the prototype of modern Dragon Boat Festival, it is of great significance to understand the culture of the Festival by learning the changes and connotation of the food culture on the Dragon Boat Festival in Hubei.
