摘要
课业负担是学生在课业活动中为达成课业目标、完成课业任务所承担的责任所作出的努力,并由此所带来的体力、脑力和精神所承受的压力的总和。小学生课业负担监测内容涉及到学生课业密切相关的方方面面,主要包括课程管理、在校学习时间、作业量、违规补课、考试管理、休息和锻炼时间、教材和教辅材料使用等因素。构建课业负担监测制度有助于规范学校与教师的教育教学行为,减轻小学生的的课业负担,对于学校有效实施素质教育、促进学生全面健康发展,具有十分深远的意义。
Academic burdens are efforts made by students when they are carrying out the academic tasks,plus the pressure on their body and mind brought by these efforts. The contents of inspection of pupils' academic burdens include course management, time spent on study at school, homework, illegal extra lessons, examination management, time for relaxation and sports, and the usage of textbooks and education assistant books. Building an inspection system of academic burdens is conducive to standardizing the education and teaching behavior of schools and teachers and relieving pupils' academic burdens, and is of great significance to helping schools to effectively conduct quality-oriented education and promote students' sound development.
