左卡尼汀注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

The curative effect of Levocarnitine Injection combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets on chronic heart failure

目的:探讨左卡尼汀注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:选取收治的慢性心力衰竭患者98例,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予抗心力衰竭常规治疗,对照组同时给予阿托伐他汀钙片,观察组同时给予左卡尼汀注射液和阿托伐他汀钙片。观察两组治疗前后射血分数、左心室舒张末期内径、6分钟步行距离、C-反应蛋白水平改变情况。结果:观察组治疗后左室射血分数高于对照组治疗后,观察组治疗后左室舒张末内径低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后6分钟步行距离高于对照组治疗后,观察组治疗后C-反应蛋白低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左卡尼汀注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Levocarnitine Injection and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets on chronic heart failure. Method 98 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group,two groups were given routine anti heart failure treatment,the control group was given to Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets,the observation group received Levocarnitine Injection and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets. The ejection fraction,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,6 minute walk distance,and C reactive protein level were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,the 6 minutes walk distance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the C reactive protein in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Levocarnitine Injection combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets on chronic heart failure is significant,which is worthy of reference.
