钙通道阻滞剂与倍他乐克联合应用治疗原发性高血压的临床效果研究

Study of the clinical efficacy of calcium channel blockers and metoprolol combination therapy in primary hypertension

目的:探讨分析原发性高血压患者应用钙通道阻滞剂和倍他乐克治疗后的血压控制情况临床效果。方法:回顾性选取高血压患者143例,按不同的给药方式,分为两组,常规组有69例患者,单纯采用钙通道阻滞剂治疗;研究组有74例患者,在常规组的给药基础上,加用倍他乐克。治疗后24 h^2个月视为临床观察期,将两组患者在治疗前后的收缩压、舒张压变化和症状缓解及发生不良反应情况进行比较。结果:(1)研究组患者的收缩压SPB[(115.68±4.09)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 3 k Pa)]、舒张压DPB[(79.84±3.18)mm Hg]与常规组的SPB[(139.34±4.67)mm Hg]、DPB[(87.06±3.22)mm Hg]比较正常组恢复明显,(P<0.05);(2)研究组患者的高血压症状缓解有效程度(98.64%)明显优于常规组(73.91%),(P<0.05);(3)研究组患者的不良反应率(8.11%)也明显低于常规组(20.29%)(P<0.05)。结论:治疗原发性高血压病,选择钙通道阻滞剂与倍他乐克联合用药,能有效降低患者血压,缓解病症且不良反应低,是可以推荐临床使用的高效、安全的给药方案。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of calcium channel blocker and metoprolol on blood pressure control in patients with essential hypertension. Method 143 patients with hypertension were retrospectively chosen. According to different modes of administration,they were divided into two groups. The conventional group of 69 patients was treated with calcium channel blocker. The study group of 74 patients was taken with metoprolol on the basis of the conventional group. The period of 24 hours to 2 months after treatment was as the clinical observation period. The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure changes and symptom relief and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results（1） The mean systolic blood pressure（ SBP）[（ 115. 68 ± 4. 09） mm Hg（ 1 mm Hg =0. 133 3 k Pa） ],diastolic blood pressure（ DPB） [（ 79. 84 ± 3. 18） mm Hg]in the study group compared with the normal group of SPB [（ 139. 34 ± 4. 67） mm Hg] and DPB [（ 87. 06 ± 3. 22） mm Hg],the recovery was significant（ P 〈 0. 05）.（2） The effective rate of relieving hypertension in the study group（ 98. 64%） was significantly better than that in the conventional group（ 73. 91%）（ P 〈 0. 05）.（3）The adverse reaction rate（ 8. 11%） in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group（ 20. 29%）（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of calcium channel blocker and metoprolol in the treatment of primary hypertension can decrease the blood pressure,relieve the symptoms and lower the adverse reaction. It is an effective and safe dosing regimen that can be recommended for clinical use.
