关于发光二极管峰值波长的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 发光二极管的峰值波长是描述光谱特性的重要参量。本文通过两种不同的方法测量发光二极管的辐射光峰值波长。首先利用Keithley2400数字源表测量发光二极管的伏安特性,通过origin8.0软件确定发光二极管的正向阈值电压,由公式计算其峰值波长。其次利用分光计衍射光栅的方法测量其峰值波长。实验结果表明,两种方法得出发光二极管的峰值波长都在厂家提供值范围内,为发光二极管峰值波长的测量提供了一种新的方法。 The peak wavelength oi the light emitting diode is an important parameter to describe the character-istics of the spectrum.The peak wavelength is measured by two different methods. Firstly,the volt-ampere char-acteristic of the LED is measured by the Keithley2400 digital meter, and the forward threshold voltage of the LED is obtained by the Origin8.0 software which is used to count the peak wavelength by formulas. Secondly, the peak wavelength is tested by using the method of diffraction grating spectrometer.The experimental results show that the peak wavelength of LED obtained by these two methods is in the wavelength range supplied by manufacturers, provides a new method for measuring the peak wavelength of the LED.
