Analysis of Project Land Use of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture

通过对湘西自治州近3年以来的项目用地总量、同期增长率、项目一次性通过率、项目用地用途分类等情况的对比分析,剖析了当前项目用地存在的问题,对未来几年用地情况进行了预判,针对破解当前和未来"用地难"的困境提出建议,为决策、用地项目安排时序、土地经济等宏观调控措施提供参考依据。

By comparatively analyzing the total area of land for project use,the year-on-year growth rate, the project first-time pass rate and project land use classification of Xiangxi in the past three years, some deficiencies exist in current land utilization for project purpose were studied in this article. Meanwhile, it also predicted the prospect of land utilization in the coming years, hoping to put forward some appropriate suggestions to resolve the current and future difficulties in land utilization and provide reasonable basis for decision-making, land utilization project scheduling and macroeconomic control measures of land economy.
