摘要
在创建"双一流"的背景下,获取国际标准认证是与国际教育水平接轨、跻身于世界一流的途径之一。本文介绍了当今世界范围内食品类高校的申请获得IFT认证的现状,并结合2016年天津科技大学获取美国食品科学家协会IFT教育认证的实践经历,以2011版现行IFT认证标准为基础,从前期材料准备、网上提交申请、远程电话答辩、提交年度报告等环节,解读食品类高校申请IFT国际认证的申请过程及注意事项,为我国相关院校今后申请食品专业IFT认证提供参考。
In the background of creating “Double Top”,to obtain an international standard certification is one of the approaches to bring our education up to the international level and our university among the world’s leading universities. The present situation of the application of IFT certification in food discipline all over the world is introduced in this paper. Based on the practical experience of Tianjin University of Science and Technology in getting IFT certification in 2016, the issues such as materials preparation, online application, remote telephone defense and annual report submitting, as well as other issues which need attention are discussed in this paper according to the current IFT standard (2011 version), so as to provide some references for food related institutions in our country to get IFT accreditation in the future.
