多科性大学艺术学院提升科研水平的策略

Strategies to Improve the Research Level of Secondary Colleges in Comprehensive Universities

本文兼顾学科知识产出的共性以及艺术学科的特殊性,转变以往对多科性大学科研问题统而论之的思路,论证了艺术学二级学院在学科发展方向、学术成果水平、科研管理的主导作用和主体责任,以及对学术成果水平的决定作用,认为多科性大学艺术学院的发展要符合学校发展目标,利用好跨学科平台资源,营造科研氛围,有效提升科研质量和水平。

Taking into consideration the similarities and differences between art and other disciplines, this paper did not follow the conventional way of analysis in justifying the responsibilities and functions of secondary colleges in the development of their discipline direction, quality of academic achievements and effectiveness of research administration. It suggests that secondary colleges of art should comply with the general goal of the university, take advantage of the inter -disciplinary platform, and build a favorable research environment, so as to make leap-forward progress in scientific research.
