高校的“真人图书馆”愿景:可能与路径

“Human Library” in Colleges and Universities: the Possibility and Approach

通过对高校馆建设"真人图书馆"的必要性和可能性的讨论,认为建设"真人图书馆"需要在馆员技术知识素养、传统文献"藏—用"功能定位和管理制度等方面做出改变。高校的真人图书馆建设需要以读者为中心,转变理念,汇集学校与社会资源,实现从"资料"到"智人"的转移,其可能路径在于提升馆员综合服务能力,完善相关管理制度。

Through discussing the necessity and possibility of constructing “Human Library＂ in the university library, this paper points out that the construction of “Human Library＂ needs to make some changes in librarians ’ technical knowledge, literature preservation and use,as well as the management system. The construction of the “Human Library＂ must be reader -centered, based on new concepts, and gather school and social resources,so as to realize the transformation. The possible path is to enhance the comprehensive service ability of the librarians,and improve the relevant management system and rules.
