摘要
香菜中含有对人体非常有益的维生素、蛋白质及一些微量元素,因此有较高的食用价值和药用价值。通过综述香菜中精油成分的提取工艺,探讨了香菜中的有效成分,同时对香菜的抗氧化性及抑菌性进行了介绍,为今后香菜的研究提供指导。
mCilantro is very beneficial to human body of vitamin, protein and some trace elements, thus have high edible value and medicinal value. This article summarizes the extraction technology of essential oil composition in the cilantro, probes into the effective components of coriander, the oxidation resistance of cilantro and antibacterial properties are introduced, provide guidance to the research of the cilantro.
