柠檬烯属于单萜烯化合物,本身含特异香气,给人一种优雅感、新鲜感,存在于柑橘类水果精油中。主要从柠檬烯的提取方法、功能作用、安全性等方面进行综述,同时对柠檬烯的未来前景进行了展望。
As a kind of monoterpene compound which has special aroma along with the grace and fresh feeling. Limonene is themain bioactive substance in citrus fruit essential oil. This paper mainly reviews the extraction method, function and safety oflimonene, and the future prospects of limonene looking ahead.
