摘要
随着人们对果蔬产品需求量的不断增大,果蔬的保鲜技术显得尤为重要,其影响着产品的口感和经济效益。针对我国当前果蔬保鲜技术存在的问题,综述了目前应用比较广的几种果蔬保鲜技术和有未来发展前景的新型保鲜技术,同时探讨了保鲜技术的应用意义和发展前景。
With the increasing demand for fruits and vegetables, fresh fruit and vegetable technology is particularly important, which affects the taste of products and economic benefits, and for the preservation of fruits and vegetables in China now is a big problem. This paper introduces several fresh-keeping technology applied widely in our country at present and future devel-opment prospects the new preservation technology, and briefly discusses the preservation technology application significance and development prospect.
