摘要
"食品免疫学"是高校食品质量与安全专业的一门特色专业课程,其理论性强、内容繁杂抽象、教学和学习难度较高。针对以上问题,在教学实践过程中通过重组教学内容,改善教学内容呈现方式,改进教学方法,提高学生的学习兴趣和学习效率,提升课程的教学质量和效果。
Food Immunology is an important major course for undergraduate specialty of food quality and safety. Its content is complicated, theoretical and difficult to teach and learn. This paper mainly offers several ways to solve these problems, such as reorganizing the teaching content, improving teaching methods and the presentation of teaching content, enhancing the stu-dents' learning initiative. The teaching quality and effect of the course have been improved.
