针药结合对慢性胃炎大鼠胃组织IL-10和TNF-α含量的影响

Effect of acupuncture-medicine therapy on the levels of interleukin-10 and tumor necrosis factor-α in gastric tissue in rats with chronic gastritis

目的:从胃组织中白介素10(IL-10)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量的角度探讨针药结合治疗慢性胃炎的可能作用机制。方法:将40只实验大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、针刺组、中药组、针药组,每组8只,建立慢性胃炎大鼠模型。造模后空白组灌服0.9%氯化钠注射液2m L;针刺组灌服0.9%氯化钠注射液2m L,电针双侧脾俞、胃俞;中药组灌服贞芪扶正胶囊;针药组予针刺联合中药治疗。每组均治疗6周。采用Elisa法测定各组大鼠胃组织上清液中IL-10和TNF-α的含量。结果:与空白组比较,模型组IL-10和TNF-α含量明显升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,各治疗组大鼠胃组织中IL-10和TNF-α含量明显降低(P<0.05);与针刺组和中药组比较,针药组大鼠胃组织中IL-10和TNF-α含量较低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针药结合能够降低慢性胃炎模型大鼠胃组织中IL-10和TNF-α的含量,对慢性胃炎有一定的治疗作用。

Objective： To investigate the possible mechanisms of acupuncture-medicine therapy in the treatment of chronic gastritis from the perspectives of the levels of interleukin-10（ IL-10） and tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF-α）in gastric tissue. Methods： A total of 40 experimental rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,acupuncture group,traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） group,and acupuncture-medicine group,with 8 rats in each group. A rat model of chronic gastritis was established. The rats in the blank group were given 2m L0. 9% sodium chloride injection by gavage,those in the acupuncture group were given 2m L0. 9% sodium chloride injection by gavage and electroacupuncture at Pishu and Weishu points,those in the TCM group were given Zhenqi Fuzheng capsules by gavage,and those in the acupuncture-medicine group were given acupuncture-medicine therapy. The course of treatment was 6 weeks for all groups. ELISA was used to measure the levels of IL-10 and TNF-α in the supernatant of gastric tissue. Results： Compared with the blank group,the model group had significant increases in the levels of IL-10 and TNF-α（ P〈0. 01）. Compared with the model group,each treatment group had significant reductions in the levels of IL-10 and TNF-α in gastric tissue（ P〈0. 05）.Compared with the acupuncture group and the TCM group,the acupuncture-medicine group had lower levels of IL-10 and TNF-α in gastric tissue,but there were no significant differences（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture-medicine therapy can reduce the levels of IL-10 and TNF-α in gastric tissue in a rat model of chronic gastritis and thus exerts a therapeutic effect on chronic gastritis.
