中国高校日语专业教师发展现状和发展需求研究——以教学、科研与能力意识为中心 被引量:12

A Survey of the Development Needs of Japanese Major Teachers in Colleges and Universities——Focusing on the Learning Awareness of Teaching,Scientific Research and Ability

摘要 教师发展对专业教育的发展具有决定性作用。经对中国高校日语专业教师发展现状进行调研发现,教师的能力专长与实际发展需求之间存在一定的矛盾;多认为科研能力虽非日常教学所需,却成为自身发展的瓶颈。除此之外,普遍认为除教师的日语水平以外,有效的教学方法才是提高教学水平的关键。关于学生观,有近五成教师认为现在学生整体素质下滑;希望通过培养自主学习意识来改善日语学习效果。但课堂教学中对自主学习意识的培养却明显不足。这些数据将为日语专业教师发展与教师教育研究提供现实性依据。 Teachers' development plays a crucial role in Professional education. Through a nation-wide survey of teachers of Japanese language majors, a discrepancy has been found between professional competency and actual needs; It is thought that scientific research capacity is not that important for Japanese language education, but instead creates a bottleneck to personal development. In addition, it is believed that good teaching method is of the most importance for Japanese language education except for Japanese language proficiency; Half of Japanese teachers believe that student quality is presenting in a decline.Raising the consciousness of students' independent learning capacity is the most effective measure to promote learning effort.But there is a discrepancy between teachers' beliefs and their actual behaviors. This data will provide a realistic basis for Japanese major teachers' development and education research.
