抗阻振动训练对生理反应与能量消耗的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Resistance Training with Whole-Body Vibration on Physiological Response and Energy Expenditure

摘要 目的:探讨抗阻训练时接受振动刺激对训练期和恢复期生理反应与能量消耗的影响。方法:20名健康男性大学生为受试者,年龄(20.13±2.97)岁,身高(172.38±3.32)cm,体重(68.42±3.75)kg。在测试最大肌力后分别进行抗阻+振动训练(REV,n=20)与抗阻训练(RE,n=20),振动刺激强度为振频30Hz,振幅2 mm;抗阻训练内容为70%1RM强度,12次重复次数的3组杠铃站姿弯举、3组杠铃半蹲举,组间休息3 min。以配对样本双因素方差分析(振动刺激×时间)检验抗阻+振动训练期和恢复期的摄氧量(6)VO2)、心率(HR)、呼吸交换率(respiratory exchange ratio,RER)、能量消耗是否有显著差异,若达显著则以LSD法进行事后检验。结果:REV训练期与恢复期的能量消耗及6)VO2显著高于RE,而RE恢复期的RER显著高于REV;运动时间对于能量消耗与6)VO2的影响,RE与REV训练期显著高于恢复期,而对RER的影响2组皆是训练期大于恢复期。结论:REV的6)VO2显著高于RE,且持续至少60 min,表示振动刺激介入可增加能量消耗及恢复期的EPOC,而恢复期的能量消耗则以FAT为主。 Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of resistance training with whole-body vibration on physiological response and energy expenditure. Methods : Twenty healthy male college students ( av- erage age = 20.13 ±2.97 yr, average height = 172.38 ±3.32 cm, average weight = 68.42 ± 3, 75 kg) were in this study. After testing the maximum muscle strength, students performed resistance training combined with vibration ( REV, n = 20) or resistance training ( RE, n = 20). The vibration stimulation was that the vi- bration frequency was 30Hz and vibration amplitude was 2mm; resistance training was 70% 1RM intensity, 3 sets of 12 RM standing barbell curls, 3 sets of 12 RM barbell half squats, and 3 min rest among sets. The differences of oxygen uptake ( VO2 ), heart rate (HR), respiratory exchange ratio (RER), energy consumption (EE) in training and recovery periods were tested by two-way ANOVA (vibration ~ time) , and then the differ- ences between groups were tested by LSD post hoe analysis. Results: EE and VO2 in REV training and recovery periods were significantly higher than those in RE training and recovery periods, while RER in RV recovery peri- od was higher than that in REV's. The effects of training time on EE VO2 and RER were larger in training period than in recovery period. Conclusion: The VO2 of REV is higher than that of RE, and it lasts at least 60 min, which indieated that vibration can improve EE and EPOC of recovery period, and the EE in recovery period is mainly based on FAT.
