基于教学资源库的个性化培养教学模式探索

Exploration on Individualized Cultivation Teaching Mode Based on Teaching Resource Database

针对当前高职教育的现状和发展趋势,提出了基于教学资源库的个性化培养教学模式。该教学模式以教学资源库为基础构建学习平台,以工作岗位为模块设计教学内容,有效提高了高职教育的教学效果。另外,该模式为现代学徒制培养体系中的核心技能课程教学提供了有益参考。

In view of the present situation and development trend of higher vocational education, it puts forward the teaching mode of Individualized Cultivation based on the teaching resource database. The model is based on the teaching resource database to build the learning platform. The teaching content is designed with the post as the module, and thus it improves the teaching effect. At the same time, it provides ben- eficial reference for the core skill curriculum teaching in the modem apprenticeship system.
