摘要
全科医生的岗位胜任力培养是实施分级诊疗的一个关键。首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院作为全科住院医师规范化培训基地之一,十分重视全科医生的岗位胜任力培养。在全科住院医师规范化培训过程中,尤其注重临床技能与医疗服务能力、医患沟通能力和科研能力3大岗位胜任力培养。临床技能与医疗服务能力培训中,全程实行导师负责制,导师参与学生在各科各阶段的考核,及时掌握学生学习进展。督促学生尽快掌握相关疾病的诊疗知识,了解互联网上对相关疾病的陈述情况,并重视学生的人文素质及沟通技巧的培养。同时在临床实践中,注意学生科研思维的培训,帮助学生掌握查阅文献和撰写学术论文的能力。
Post competence training of general practitioner is a key countermeasure on implementing hierarchical medical system. Shijitan hospital, as one of resident standardization training base, attaches great importance to resident post competency training in general practice, especially in the capacity of clinical skill, doctor and patient communication and research. Supervisor responsible system has been implemented in the whole training. The supervisor needs to participate in students' stage assessment and final assessment, timely know students' situations and encourage students learning medical knowledges in all kinds of ways. Furthermore, supervisor also highlights on the training of humanistic and communication skill. Research training in aspects of concept, framework and methods such as literature review and paper writing are also heavily attended.
