摘要
依据财政绩效评价和医疗设备管理的有关政策,基于财政部提供的项目共性指标框架,采用德尔菲法和层次分析法,结合医疗行业和项目实际特点,探索建立了医疗设备采购项目绩效评价指标体系,同时指出了下一步研究重点和方向。
According to the financial performance evaluation and policies of medical equipment management, based on the common index system framework issued by Ministry of Finance and combined with the characters of healthcare industry and medical equipment, Delphi and AHP methods were used to explore the performance evaluation index system of medical equipment purchasing project. The key points and directions for further discussion are presented as well.
