前处理工艺中碱对亚麻短纤维可纺性的影响 被引量:1

The Influence of Pretreatment Process of Alkali on Flax Short Fiber Spinnability

摘要 本文分析了亚麻短纤维的特点,研究了碳酸钠、硅酸钠、亚硫酸钠三种碱对亚麻短纤维前处理加工性能的影响。试验表明:碳酸钠4 g/L、硅酸钠3 g/L、亚硫酸钠4 g/L时可以有效去除果胶、木质素等杂质,保证失重率、分裂度、断裂强度、伸长率综合性能指标,亚麻短纤维的可纺性明显改善,满足干纺工艺加工,符合针织圆机纬编汗布用纱的生产要求。 The characteristics of flax short fiber was analyzed. The effects of three kinds of alkali ( sodium carbonate, sodium silicate, and sodium sulfite) on performances of in flax short fiber pretreatment process were studied. Experiments showed that: sodium carbon- ate 4 g/L, sodium silicate 3 g/L, sodium sulfite 4 g/L, could effectively remove impurities such as pectin, lignin, could ensure the weight loss rate, split ratio, breaking strength, stretch ratio of comprehensive performance indicators ; the spinning property of flax short fiber was obviously improved, fulfil the dry spinning process was satisfied, and it was in line with the requirements of manufacturing cir- cular knitting machine weft yarn fabric.
